Sephora brand cosmetics quality...

I'm thinking of ordering this for my SIL for X-mas, but I've never bought any of their store brand cosmetics.  What's the quality like?  It's $36, which fits into my budget for her, but I'm a little wary.  Thoughts?

Ok, I've found that the Sephora brand quality is ok. The prices are really good for certain things (my favorites are their eyeliner pencils for $5 a pop...so I can buy crazy colors) I've never had any quality problems with the makeup or bodycare stuff. Personally, I wouldn't spend that on that because there's just so much more out that that seems worth it-
