PSA The Look for Less - black skinny pants

You may have heard me rave about my beloved Banana Republic Martin skinny pants.

I recently had a wardrobe malfunction that caused me to pop into Gap and pick up a similar pair of black skinnies.  I am really pleased with them.  The fit is similar but the material is much less substantial.  They are still work appropriate with a blazer and are very comfy, maybe even more comfy than the BR's.  My one neg is that they don't have pockets but that's livable.  Also, I scored them for 50% off bc Gap was running a promotion that day.

This is good to know, thanks! The pants in the Gap photo, assuming it's the second one, are a lot cuter and more flattering than the ones in the first pic.

What's funny is the BR ones are actually super flattering but the way they are styled is all wrong. I hate the crease and would never wear them with a shirt tucked in or w shoes like that. I seriously get compliments all the time in them.  Here's some better pics

Those are cute! I wish BR or Gap pants fit me right. I would love a pair like those.
