Hi girls, As some of you may remember, I won a cruise at work that was this past weekend. Sailing to the Bahamas from Miami. We were supposed to return Monday morning, but due to the Hurricane, the Port of Miami is closed, meaning we cant get home. The latest update from the captain is that the Port was hit harder than they expected and we may not be able to dock in Miami until Wednesday.


This is complete hell. We are sick and ready to come home. The ship is getting boring. The water is VERY rough and we are getting sick. The outside decks are closed so the pools and outside bars are all closed as well. = nothing to do!


There are 6 outside phone lines, and 7 computers with internet for over 1500 people to call home and try to change flights, etc. It is a nightmare.


I am running out of clothes, money, shampoo, and patience.


Worst of all, my 24th bday was on Sunday and it totally stunk because we are stuck on this damn ship!


I will update you when I finally get home. Please pray for my husband and I that we can return home safely and sooner rather than later.
