How to wear these boots
Permalink Closed

All I can picture is with skinny jeans tucked in and an aviator jacket/coat, or my grey safari-ish jacket. And I don't mind being a one hit wonder these days but I thought I'd ask here in case anyone can think of another way to wear them! I think I'll wear them mostly toward the end of fall/winter, so I'm thinking warmer outfits. I just wanted a slightly more "rugged" option this year, since I practically lived in my sleeker riding boots last year and got a bit bored of them by the end of winter. But the weird height has me thinking it will look off with dresses/skirts? Plus most of my dresses/skirts are too girly to really work with these, I think. (Although I'm not opposed to going shopping!)

I wear boots like this with maxi dresses - I love the look. Also consider leggings and tunics. Boot cut jeans or cords...

Chunky socks scrunched down with a casual shirtdress comes to mind.

Maybe a comfy tunic sweater and leggings or skinny jeans?

Oooo! Those are all really good ideas that clearly I could not think of on my own. I'm especially excited to try them with cords, scrunchy socks, and a tunic sweater. Thanks you guys! I can't wait for it to get cool enough to start playing with these.
