It's very close to the pic (unlike the other 2 I had tried).  I'm actually wearing it today with a black turtleneck - hoping to add some cheer to this 40 degree rainy day!!   I have these earring on with it - and I think they look pretty good together.

Oh, and I think it works with my Navy Jcrew Dress - the first strands falls to the perfect length for the dress - I'll try to post a pic this week.
