I don't wear the Nine West much anymore (they were a gift from hubby a few years ago) because the square toe is *really* clunky. The FS boots are much more streamlined, and currently my favorite pair.
I am hoping to add at least one more pair (possibly two, if finances permit) to the boot stable this winter. *s*
ETA the cowboy boots I forgot about. I have Doc's too but am not counting them because I can't remember the last time I wore them...

I also have a 5th pair of brown round-toes, but I don't like them anymore. Now I want a pair to wear jeans tucked into, with a bit chunkier heel and rounded toes. Oh, and if I happen to find $900 on the sidewalk, I'll be getting the flat, knee-high Jimmy Choos I've had my eye on for months.
I'm really not a boot person-although I should be b/c it's freezing and nasty in PA in the winter-but I want to get some casual ones for winter. Right now I own:
Brown leather knee-high
Brown suede knee-high
Black leather knee-high (these need to be replaced ASAP)
Nasty old, crapkickers from my college days (the ones from AE that everyone had back in 1998)
I don't really feel like I have that many but I guess since I bought most of these in the past year... it feels like a lot at once. If I planned things better, I don't think I would have gotten two pairs of Fryes, but who could beat the vintage ones for only $20 on Ebay?!
Vintage Frye boots from Ebay
Frye Campus boots in Banana
KORS black suede lace-up boots
Jill Stuart super high heel rounded toe black leather ankle boots
do Uggs or wellies count?
Boots to Buy
A polished black leather kitten heel boot for work - I've got my eye on the J.Crew ones Lilykind posted.

Dot, don't know if you're tried these on, but I have the midcalf version of these (I wanted the tall ones, but the calves were so huge) and they are super comfortable. I'm really pleased with them!
*2 pairs of tall black boots (but they were really cheap, I really want some others) *Via Spiga mock croc ankle boots - MY FAV *Target brown harness boots *Target brown Michael Kors Crosby knock offs *some HORRID red snake skin platform boots - but I them *Pink pasley rain / rubber boots *Donald J Pliner ankle boots
I want to know how many pairs DETROIT has!!!!!!
ETA: I wonder if my red boots are the same that luckylily has & wants to get rid of!

four. knee-high brown suede cowboy-esque, midcalf flat brown leather with buckles, knee-high cranberry red pleather (but it's NICE pleather) with high heels and slightly rounded toes, and almost knee-high black high-heeled leather, square-toe.

HA! not telling
honestly, I don't know I would have to count them at home - even then I probably wouldn't tell! I'll tell you one thing, I do have more shoes than boots...
