Jeez. First the server is down for the Target site, then a lot of stuff sells out.  Think I'm going to have to head to a store for any of the home items (blanket, luggage, bike) I wanted...

I really, really wanted two of the blankets for the rockers on the back porch. I'll have to hit up my target too, but I bet it's picked over...

I also like the flats...  Too bad the site wasn't more prepared to deal with the traffic!

you got some great items!

i went to my local target at 9:30 and it was already crazy picked over. i got a bra/underwear set, knee high socks, a sweater i'm unsure about and a pair of maryjanes for the kiddo!

i would have loved to get some of the housewares stuff if it wasn't already gone!

glad you were able to get some things!  I have a sneaking suspicion we will be able to get these items on ebay at a premium... I'm actually kind of surprised the home itmes are so picked over, but I guess they are easier for some to incorporate into their lives than the clothes (but I love the clothes!)

I've heard stories about what a madhouse Targets were this AM. A friend who went compared it to Black Friday. And some of the stuff is already on Ebay (at a really huge markup!)

Yeah, just as I suspected.  I have some doubles -- probably should sell them on ebay myself!

I was just able to get to my cart (though the coupon link you can click on in the site down error page) and snag the rest of the stuff I had in my cart...  Will post everything when I can get to the images!

I was on the site early-ish this morning, and it wasn't acting right. It wasn't my intention to be online with the crazy shoppers. I just couldn't get back to sleep, so I decided to get up a little before my alarm and check email.... Pretty soon I remembered it was Missoni day, so I jetted over and snagged a few items. I was going to head by the local Target on my way home, but if it was already picked over at 9:30, I might skip it.

I'll post photos of what I got once the site is up again. I have already decided I will likely return at least 2 of the items I bought.

I went to nine (yes, you read that right!) Targets today. And I have a lot of stuff! I probably spent $1500, grabbing what I could and buying two sizes of whatever I could find, figuring I'll try on at home and return what doesn't work.

Consequentially, I have: the wellies, the flats, the pumps, bras, panties, hosiery, boot socks, dresses, two hoodies, two makeup bags, a cardigan, a skirt, a throw, a pillow, serving bowls, plastic drinking glasses, martini glasses, two sheet sets, a clutch, a tote, some storage boxes, candles, picture frames, and...I can't remember what else. Plus hubby is out of town and when he went to Target for necessities, I had him pick up a bathrobe and another set of sheets. Oh, I have towels too. And some dresses.

Probably won't keep it all, but would rather have the options! I'm still missing two items I really wanted. Some of the stores said they got emails that they will restock...but not sure exactly when,of course.

Have I mentioned that Missoni is one of my FAVORITE brands?? :). I have never been as excited for any of the target collabs before, but I have been biting my nails waiting for this one. And I figured if the NYC peeps were camping out overnight, I probably don't look quite as crazy since I got to the first store at 8 am.

I'll post photos when I can. My birthday was 9/3 and I worked all Labor Day (birthday) weekend, so I am celebrating now. :)

my credit card company froze my card because of the multiple transactions (cart size limit) and I had to go back in (so pissed) and lost a few items in the process...

I *might* try after work. We shall see.

I also really wanted a throw, but they don't realy go with my decor. I swear I saw one early this morning that  would work, but now I can't find it, so I must have imagined it. :(

 

Oh, and the robe is on backorder! So are the cushions, but since I suspect I might return them, I am not too bothered by it.

GD - I really like the loungewear. I'm really pissed about my credit card being frozen from the activity -- it limited my size selection in my second attempt and some of the stuff in my declined orders were gone when I got the cc stuff cleared up...

I really should see if there is anything left at my target today. Too many things in front of doing that now (especially since I spent so much time trying to buy online this AM!)

All the store by me are esold out of all the sizes in the clothing as of this afternoon, only thing left was a few totes, umbrellas, and some of the melamine dishware. I was at the first store right at 8:30 ish and the had everything, by the time I left at 9 most things were gone. I didn't really like anything on and left empty handed, though now I'm thinking I could have at least gotten some scarfs. I really wanted the throw, and those are going for over $200 on eBay right now.

I stopped by Target around 5:00pm and there was NOTHING still out except for a few of the comforter sets that weren't that great looking. What I managed to find were things placed randomly around the store that people had just set down. I lucked out. I got:

-tan gloves
-King size duvet and shams set
-baby onesie type thing for 3-6 month


And that's it!! I really wanted a sweater and scarf but oh well.
