Everyone always asks the dream money question, so I'll ask the pauper money question: If you only had $100 and you had to pick out an outfit (shoes and all pieces of clothing), where would you shop and what would you get?

If you had $1000 to spend on a dream purchase, what would it be?  Probably a Marc Jacobs, Gucci or Chanel handbag.

What was the best vacation you ever took?  My honeymoon to Cancun was pretty amazing.

What was the best present you ever received?  My hubby gives me shopping trips as presents a lot, which I like because I enjoy shopping and we usually go somewhere cool like Kansas City and so we get the memories of the trip too.

So you say you are trying for a baby (good luck!!).  I know all parents mainly just want a healthy baby, but if you could choose, would you prefer a boy or a girl?  I really want one of each, but would love a girl first.

whats the last movie you rented or bought on PPV?  Fever Pitch, it's actually still sitting in the kitchen to be returned to Blockbuster, hehe.  It was a cute movie.

last movie you went to go see?  Elizabethtown, didn't think it was all that great.

Favorite restaurant and what do you order there?  I really like variety, so we try to not go to the same place over and over.  But I do love Olive Garden, we split the tour of Italy and of course salad and breadsticks, oh and stuffed mushrooms, yummy!

do you have names picked out for your future babies, and what are they?  I posted some upbove, but I don't really have THE names picked out.  I kind of am saving that for when I'm pregnant.

whos your best friend besides your husband? how'd you meet?  I don't really have that one person who I would call a best friend, I do have several good friends, most I've met at previous jobs.

whats a "must have" for make-up?  Mascara, my eyelashes are really light blonde and so without mascara you can barely see them.

if you could change one thing about your life right now, what would it be?  (it doesn't have to be something you don't like/are disatisfied with, just a change you'd make)

What are your favorite shoes that you own right now? I love your collection.   Thanks!  Right now I'm loving my BCBG metallic rasberry pumps, they go great with my fall outfits.

Most comfortable shoes?  Shoes are suppose to be comfortable?!?  Hehe!!  Well, I'm famous for picking style over comfort, but I am trying to make an effort to pick some that are comfy.  I would say the most comfortable shoes I own are my BC pink wedges, Target pink wedges and pretty much any shoe that has a wedge.

Are there any TV shows you never miss?

What does your husband do for a living?

Do you cook, and if so, what's your favorite dish to make?

Everyone has such good questions. Hmmm.

Do you have any irrational fears?

What's your theme song?

You and your hubbie seem to have a great relationship. Do you still feel like a newlywed?

Everyone always asks the dream money question, so I'll ask the pauper money question: If you only had $100 and you had to pick out an outfit (shoes and all pieces of clothing), where would you shop and what would you get?  Good question!  I am pretty good at shopping on a budget, but dang girl!  $100 including the shoes, that's hard.  I'd probably start at somewhere like Forever21 and junior departments.  For this example this is what I pick:

dress $58, tank $9.74, shoes $23, bracelet $4.80 and earrings $4.80=$100.34 (only a few cents over )

Necessary Objects™ Tie Back DressWomen's Merona® Pale Pink Lace Cami

Women's Mossimo® Drue Bronze Peep Toe Pumps

if you could change one thing about your life right now, what would it be?  (it doesn't have to be something you don't like/are disatisfied with, just a change you'd make)  I'd live in a neighborhood.  I love our house we live in now, but it is in a village, not an actual incorportated city (although they are lobbying for that), so it isn't really set up in neighborhoods.  And I want to be able to walk my kids on sidewalks to parks, school, etc.  I think I want this because it was such a big part of my childhood.  We actually plan on moving in 3-5 years, definitely before our first baby is school age.

I know your house is really cute and you have great furniture...where do you get your decorating ideas/inspiration?  Thanks!  I get my decorating ideas and inspiration from magazines, fabrics I like, things I've seen in show homes (like on the parade of homes, etc).  I really like creating warm, cozy spaces but not making them too small and closed in.

Are there any TV shows you never miss?  Not since I got my dvr

What does your husband do for a living?  He works in store planning for Walmart home office

Do you cook, and if so, what's your favorite dish to make?  Yes, I cook, mostly just easy dishes, but I like to make real home cooked meals when I have time.  My favs are family recipes; meatloaf w/baked macaroni and cheese, logs (family fav, meatloaf shaped into little logs and fried and then covered w/cream of mushroom soup and then put over mashed potatoes), enchilladas.

Do you have any irrational fears?  Yes!  I am afraid of the dark, bugs, heights and water (can't swim, and it actually took me awhile to be able to let water run in my face in the shower).

What's your theme song?  Probably the opening song to Legally Blonde,  I like to approach life with a positive attitude and am a pretty upbeat person.

You and your hubbie seem to have a great relationship. Do you still feel like a newlywed?  Thanks!  Yeah, we do have a great relationship, it's had it's share of ups and downs like any other relationship, but we have weathered those together.  Sometimes I do still feel like newlyweds, we are still very affectionate towards each other, even after 6 years.  It's fun to rediscover our love over and over again and to stay committed to that.  That is what keeps a marriage together.

If you could do one thing in your life what would you do?  Hate to be a broken record, but have a baby.  I just think it is such an amazing thing, bringing a life into the world and helping to shape the future of our world.

Do you regret anything you have done in the past?  Oh gosh, who doesn't!  I think my main regret is charging up my credit cards when I was younger.

What is your most missed memory?  I miss being with my grandma, she lives in Ohio, so I only see her a few times a year.  I have so many fond memories of her from my childhood.  She's a special lady.

Where were you born and raised?  Born and raised in the great state of Ohio, just a little north of Dayton.

Where did you go to college?  Ozark Bible Institute and College in Neosho, Missouri.  It is a pentecostal holiness college (yup, that's right, long skirt, long hair and no make up wearing pentecostal )  Also went to community college in Ohio and a few classes here in Arkansas.

What were you like in college?  Oh, in some ways very different and in some ways very much the same as I am now.  I was a lot more reserved.  I was still into fashion, even in the midst of the long skirts and no make up   I was so undisciplined when it came to my studies.  I was all about meeting boys.  And I was very unsure of myself.  It was very much a transition period in my life.  I was finding out who I was and what I believed outside of my parents.  A very rough couple of years, but they built the foundation for who I am today and made me a stronger person.

I always have the hardest time coming up with questions to ask.

What were you like in high school?

If you could have a meal with three people dead or alive, who would you pick?  What would you order?  Would you have the meal be breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

What's your favorite book?

*Describe your dream house...

*What was your wedding like?

*Describe you perfect weekend.

*If there was fire at your house (sorry... this sounds terrible) and you could save only 5 things, what would they be? Oh, and your husband and dog made it out so you can't choose them.

When are you coming to NY so we can go shopping together?  Hehe, I wish I knew.  I would like to plan a trip sometime in the near distant future.  You better believe that when I do, I enlist you to be my shopping guide

Is your husband into clothes too?  Yes, but not overly so.  He'd rather spend money on computer or car stuff.  Although he is a clothes snob (I've created a monster).  He refuses to buy clothes from Old Navy, he'll pick up a shirt and wrinkle his nose, cause it feels cheap, hehe.  He love Banana Republic.  Oh, and he is totally into shoes, and not cheap shoes.  He has like 12+ pairs of shoes, that's a lot for a guy!

what is something you will never pay full price for?  I try to get a good deal for whatever I buy, but especially at places like BR and Gap, cause I know it'll go on sale.

here's my rather lame questions (my brain is not working right now):

have you ever been to the lake of the ozarks?  if so, what do you enjoy doing when you were there?

what's your favorite place to eat at the Plaza in KC?

are you dressing up for halloween?  if so what are you going to be?

what's your biggest pet peeve?

What were you like in high school?  Well, I was a skirt girl, so I wasn't exactly one of the "in" crowd.  I was extremely over-protected.  Very studious.  High school was the beginning of me finding out who I really was.  I should scan in one of my senior pictures, cause I don't even look like the same person any more.  People from hs don't even recognize me.

If you could have a meal with three people dead or alive, who would you pick?  What would you order?  Would you have the meal be breakfast, lunch, or dinner?  I'll have to think about this one and come back and answer it.

What's your favorite book?  Love Anne of Green Gables.
