Those look like some comfy finds, D! You'll have to let us know about the quality when they arrive.

I bought 5 undies and a layering cami with the 40% off/free shipping at AE/Aerie - came to $22.50. Before that I bought 3 cases of assorted wines. I spend more on a bottle of wine than I do on a pair of underwear. Guess which lasts longer? Yeah. Weird priorities.

Hey D I love those dresses from Alloy, can you post a review when you get them?

Allegra Hicks Printed Harlequin Jute Rug

This rug for my bathroom (I am hoping the blue tone is close enough to my walls to keep the rug).

T3 Twirl 1.25 inch Curling Iron

This curling iron (From Marshalls for only $40!)

And a black button down shirt with white pinstripes and a slight ruffle down the placket (also from Marshalls).

A seagrass basket to use as a catchal on the table in my hallway

yes - I'll review when I receive the Alloy items.  Just wanted some inexpensive wardrobe stretchers -- we'll see if they fit the bill!

in the mean time, I grabbed these at free people:

Victorian Inset TunicScoot Inn Oversized Pullover

Plaid ButtondownGenteel V-Neck Tunic

the black duster

Heritage Wool Coat

I needed some dresses I can wear to some of the consulting stuff I still do, so I picked these up at the gap.

I kept going last night...

I've never owned a pair of black jeans (purchased at 6PM, but image is no longer available):

I suspect these gray wedge booties will be a go-to pair for wearing with jeans.  I have another pair of gray platform booties with a heel that have been my go-to pair for the past couple of years, but are not as comfortable as I would like them to be for spending a lot of time on my feet.  These will give me a little height and not so high of a heel (platform/heel ratio)

Nice finds, D. I've been eyeing some wedge booties too. Since I'm in Ohio for the fall, I probably should own at least some sort of boot-like footwear!

Thank you, PJ!  I find wedges to be so comfortable (not exactly sure why - less stress on the arch and less weight on the ball of the foot?)  I think the gray ones will be the most comfortable.  We like to go antiquing for hours followed by brew pubs smile so these should be perfect for being on my feet for a long time and cute enough to go out after.

the gray ones I bought are from 80%20 -- the have TONS of wedge shoes! https://www.8020nyc.com/

Additional birthday loot via ebay. The bracelet is supposedly amethyst and glass and was a whopping 99 cents. The necklace, $4.99, is an interesting one. Usually this style, if actually vintage, is Whiting & Davis. This one does not have any apparent markings and needs a polish. When it's on it will be more drapey, not so bandanna-like (I think).

Loehmann had a good clearence sale last weekend.  Only problem is that you can never find photos on line.  So here are the apporximations of what I actually got.

A Michael micheal Kors jacket only in off white with navy blue spots and navy blue leather piping.  Also it's a petite so it's just slightly croped on me (which feels more modern.)  So far I've worn it with jeans a dark tank and some mixed metal chains to tough it up.

michael-michael-kors-nordstrom-petite-jackets-twisted-basketweave-jacket-petite.jpgfor $35 (orginally $108)

and a colbolt leather wristet similar to this one

juicy-couture-bags-gem-lock-wristlet.jpgfor $10 (orginally $110)

I'll let you know - just ordered it a few days ago, and I am anxiously waiting for it to arrive.
