i tried on a pair at barneys and honestly i wasn't that impressed with the quality of the fabric. i felt that things weren't "washed" enough. the SA assured me i could get my ideal style thru a custom order.. but i wasn't about to go there. i have seen earnest sewn jeans at discounter places like loehman's, filene's, etc...

as far as sizing.. i felt that they ran slightly large-ish/tts.

i really don't think they are worth the price. try levi's jr's for straight leg jeans. i have been hearing good things about them.
