Like I said, I knew I'd freak out that someone would see my post so I had to delete it. I thank you all SO much for your kind and thoughtful words and encouragement, and I have taken your advice to heart. You are all so wonderful and wise.

BUT, guess what? I just received a huge bouquet from my coworkers! It is amazing how much better a gesture like that can make you feel, you know?

Thanks again, sincerely.

eta: I just opened my mail, and I had a card signed by all of my coworkers as well. Awww! I feel so much better.
