There are so many listings for it on ebay. Should I trust them? I'm obessed over them ever since I laid my eyes on them in a Nordstrom. I cannot afford the full price.  What do u sugguest?

I buy a lot on e-bay, but when it comes to bags, I am very cautious, espeically with high-demand bags... I paid full price for mine from a store because I wasn't willing to take the risk.

I don't know how you feel about "imitation" bags, but this one is $198 at shopsueyboutique.com.  I would be wary of ebay unless it was from a very reputable seller.

I recently considered buying a paddington on ebay and I would say no. 99% of them are fakes, and if you find one that isn't you likely won't get a deal that's much better then just paying retail.

i've never bought anything on ebay in my life and am wary of anything that can be knocked off, especiallybags.  But my friend just bought the paddington off ebay and it looks totally real.  i inspected every inch of it and was amazed!  anyway, i'll ask her the seller she bought it from and post as soon as i get a chance...

Eh...if you are making that big of a bag investment, I think you should just go for the real thing.  I would much rather spend full price for the real thing than to find out that I spent half price for a fake.  I know there are ways of getting your money back on e-bay, but I'm not sure how timely and easy that is.  Also, I'm not completely positive that I myself would know it was a fake.  I'm just not that schooled in designer bags.  I've always just known mine were real because I bought them at Saks or Neiman Marcus.

Besides, where do these sellers get Chloe Paddington's from that they can sell for less than retail?  I wouldn't imagine that many people who have them want to sell them, especially for way less than they bought them for.  I'm sure some are legit people selling them because they don't really use them or had buyer's remorse, but I'm sure the people selling fakes outweigh these.
