Ok, so the object is to find 3 pictures that best describe you and tell us why you chose those pictures. Here's me:
1. Veruca Salt - because I know that I am somewhat bratty and spoiled at times (I know, this is definitely NOT by best trait)
2. Grandmas - there is absolutely nothing in this world that I would not do for my grandma (by the way, this picture is of someone else's grandma not mine. But for the purpose of this thread I just found a picture of two little old ladies.)
3. Cars - I love cars. Preferably old hot rods (with flame throwers). My dream car is a 1964 Chevy Malibu SS
Funny it's you that started this because my first picture is...
1. Rosie the Riveter! - I would like to think that I stand for what she symbolizes. I'm a strong independent woman.
2. Cats - I love cats and this picture reminds me of the way I am with my cat. Motherly. It's almost pathetic.
3. Napoleon Dynamite - haha...this is one of my favorite scenes from the movie. I chose Napoleon because I actually love the 80s and this movie reminds me of that, but also because everyone has an awkward stage growing up and this one certainlly represents mine.
I just took this... it's my perfume tray that sits on my dresser. I like to be surrounded by nice, pretty things. I'm also admittedly high maintenance.
Okay... this is a picture of me actually in class learning. I'm the dark hair on the far right. The wavy haired person is my friend... we're dorks who sit in the front row. My law school took this picture and it comes on the homepage. Anyway, education is SO important to me and here's a picture of me learning last year in my Real Property class (thank God my computer wasn't on the internet when they took this too!)
i have this spindle that my bf gave me for my 21st birthday. it's call the "Spindle of Death" cuz it literally kills you. and it holds 6 bottle of alcohol upside down and under the bottles is a 1.5 oz. shot. you push the lever and it lets out the perfect shot. i can't even tell you how many times i've filled it and emptied it in the same night (not just me). those parties were the craziest. i love being with my friends, hosting the party, having drinks, and fun wild nights that require a greasy meal the next day all while watching SATC in pjs.
this is stupid, but my bf's nickname for me is monkey (i still don't know why) and i want a puppy soooo freaking bad. so it represents my two loves in life.
this is not me in the pic. but it represents my career and future (to be a mom). and how important it is for me to take care of the younger generation because they are so innocent and really need people to be their advocates.
ok, i have to admit i'm slightly embarassed and may have to delete this post.

shopgirl82, you can't delete & your pixs are great! And everybody loves monkeys
Ok, I'll play, but only because I am in the process of doing a self imposed art project - a collage that represents the "old me" & one that represents the "new me" - so i have an idea of what kind of pictures I need
Represents the artsy me - which is new. I'm completely a math kind of person but I have been exploring my artistic side - including knitting, embroidery, minor painting, & sillier stuff like decoupage - but it's been fun & very revealing.
This is my "groovy" picture - I love all things retro & different - and I think i'm pretty groovy.
Due to the recent sea monkey purchase, i think this represents the playful side of me. I will be a kid forever & my DH agrees - we believe in all things fun. Immature as that may be.
And i'm cheating & doing 4 because this is important too - me being happy. I am trying to organize my priorities & do what makes ME happy for a change, I have done many things in the past to please others & now I'm trying to do what is right for me. Such a positive change.
