I just got an Old Navy card which can be used at ON, Gap and BR.  I placed my first order online with it at gap.com and got 10% off.  Well, the order was over $50 so when I tried to enter the freeshipping code for gap card holders, it said I was not approved.  Does it have to be an actual Gap card for this to work?  Why isn't the old navy just as good?

hmm i'm not sure meow.  i'm glad you mentioned that though because I'm about to order that jacket in black off the site with my br card.  i would call cs in the morning and ask them about the free shipping.  i would assume since they say it works for all 2 stores that it would online too!!  CS should be able to help you out - they helped me with a late fee for a bill I never received within 5 minutes.

I called gap customer service and they apologized and refunded the shipping for me.  The guy didn't even ask me for the code!?!?
