I have the TR Big T jean (love, love) but I have to get them tailored.
They have the twisted seam, so I am soo afraid to trust someone to hack them up.

I plan on getting the original bottoms sewn back on.
Are there any specific instructions I can give the tailor so he/she doesn't screw them up?

Thanks.

I have a lady I have always trusted with my Citizens and my husband dropped of my True Religion Joeys (had for months, sitting in the closet, too long to wear)  to her yesterday.  So I have my fingers crossed - just make sure it's someone you can trust!!

Try going to Nordstrom (if you have one near).  The tailors around me don't even understand what I am talking about when I want to have the original hem sewed back on. So your best bet is to go to a Nordstrom (or bloomies) who actually does it more often.
