I've been missing the posts for the last couple of days, so I'll get it started...


B:  Kashi Cranberry Sunshine Cereal w/ Soy Milk


L:  Lean Cuisine and a banana


S:  Lemon Cream Pie flavored Yogurt.  I'm trying a new one, I'm really picky about yogurt.  Some of them are foul. 


D:  ??


E:  30 min run, 30 min weights

B:  2 pieces whole grain wheat toast w/real butter, small glass low-fat milk, 16oz skim latte


S:  Vending-size Cracker Jacks


L:  Applesauce cup, Ravioli out of a can


S:  String cheese


D:  Barilla Plus Elbow pasta w/olive oil, parmesan, salt, pepper, and tomato pieces


E:  Cleaning my apartment..haha
