Too much for a daytime wedding?
Permalink Closed

I'm going to an afternoon (2:30) Catholic wedding in November.  I was thinking of going closed toe, but these cheap target shoes caught my eye.

I live in California, so weather shouldn't be a problem.

I don't think it would be too much, I like those shoes.

Completely appropriate IMO.

Sorry, I have to say no.  IMO they're not appropriate for a Catholic church wedding.

I think it's fine (cute too!).  People at my Catholic church wear jean shorts, tee shirts, and flip flops

I think it's very appropriate and chic. Plus I Target shoes.

I wore bronze metallic open-toed sandals to my friend's Catholic church wedding and I was one of the best dressed there. What possessed some of the guests to wear bright Roxy surfer girl type dresses with flips at her wedding is beyond me.

I am Catholic and I don't think there's anything wrong with those shoes. Especially not in California. People at my church wear jeans & flip flops.

like the shoes.  i think they would be fine, and appropriate.  esp. since the dress is conservative enough.
