Oh dear...I didn't even think when I typed in the title...

Anyhow...it's kind of like a smoked sausage...people slice it up with cheese and crackers.

I used to love to buy it in the mall from Hickory Farms. Remember the lollipops with the sweet and sour sauce they used to cook at the front of the store! YUMMMMY!
