Which shoes?
Permalink Closed

I have decided that my wedding shoes are going to be completely impractical purchase, as everything else wedding related has been of the utmost practicality.  I have no qualms about never being able to wear them again, so fire away with opinions or other impractical suggestions!  My only criteria: white or silver, 3 inch heel or higher, no slingbacks, no more than $200 or thereabouts.

Hmm - thoughts on these?  I can't decide if they're 'unique' or 'weird'.

lmonet, i have the last pair you posted (the nina ones) in black and they are beautiful IRL and are actually super comfy.  i've actually worn them to a few weddings and i have been able to dance in them and my feet aren't achy at the end of the night.  i should note that i always add those foot petal things to the bottom of shoes that i'm worried will be painful, and in this case i'm not sure it was necessary (although for your wedding i would absolutely recommend them given the amount of time you'll be on your feet).

also, if you really like the jcrew ones from your original post, they're on ebay for a lot cheaper (this seller sells a ton of jcrew stuff):

these are for size 9's, not sure of your size, but it's worth checking it out.

ETA: just realized those aren't the exact same jcrew shoes, but they're close!

Thanks, LA Gal!  I'm actually a size 6, but I'm going to put that seller in my favorites in case anything my size comes up!

ETA:  They have them in a 6.5!  How do Jcrew shoew run?

they actually run really small, so maybe a 6.5 will work!

are these the ones you're looking at?

Hmmm, my dress is 'Diamond White' though.  I didn't even think about them being too ivory .
