Didn't you say that you were feeling the need to reinvent yourself, wardrobe-wise? Is there a style direction you feel like moving in? Or one you feel like moving away from?

first i would decide what i wear most of the time. for me, last year it was going out clothes (chiffon tops, heels, jeans). this year it's more casual clothes (hoodies, sneakers, etc..).
then i would decide how many i need of each item. example: (4 pants: 1 black, 1 brown, 1 tweed, 1 denim).
then i would decide how much i want to spend on each item (black, brown, tweed pants $80, denim $150).
i would do this for pants, skirts, tops, sweaters, jackets, bags, shoes.
also, you could kind of stick to a color palatte. like do browns this year. so buy more brown tones in items like bags and shoes (that's what i do when i pack because if i do black and brown it's too much).
HTH!
