What kind of questions have you faced when applying for a manager position in an office environment? 


I know there could be questions to determine how you would handle certain situations as a manager?


I have a list of common interview questions, but I can't find any common management questions.  


Please help.

How do you handle conflict between employees?


How do you handle stress?


How comfortable are you giving or receiving feedback both negative and positive?


How many people have you managed before?


What is the last book you read?


Describe a time when you had an under performing employee, what did you do?


Have you written development plans for your staff before?


Have you hired/fired people before?


Describe your best boss/worse boss.


What traits do you look for when hiring someone?


The last dept you managed, did you met your objectives/budget/goals/etc?


Why are you a good supervisor? What do you need to improve?

No not yet, it's tomorrow afternoon and I'm really nervous.  My boss has been kind of avoiding contact, but my co-worker says she probably doesn't want everyone else applying to think I have an advantage over them or feel too confident.
