i want a sexy, but classy dress for an upcoming cocktail party. what do you ladies think of this dress.
and earrings like this:
and maybe wear a headband like this (or not)against my blond hair :
there is also this dress in black:
bow can be worn in back. i've tried it on, it's cute and more trendy but not exactly sexy. i think the first dress is more of a dress for the guys and the second is more of a dress for the girls (if that makes sense).

i'm not big on that first dress. i'm sorry. i hated to say that. but i do think that red one would be great in black. i always like to wear brown to cocktail parties for some reason. nothing else at BCBG that you like?
don't be sorry. i appreciate your honesty. i guess i am just finding the bcbg ones either too elegant for what i'm going to, not sexy, or too young. or maybe i'm just sick of looking at them. i bought some chiffon ones to wear with chunky sweaters and boots, though.
the problem with the red one in black is that it's really poofy and i don't think my bf would like it. i think the girls will like it, but i think that the taffeta material will get on his and my nerves.
more suggestions/opinions are appreciated.

Love the idea of the first dress you posted, but don't like the execution. I think the sweetheart neckline should be straight across to take away any late 80's kind of vibe. Also the lace looks like it's cutting into her armpits--ouch! That stinks though because it could be so awesome.
So add me to the corner for this dress:
I've never seen you, but I have a feeling this dress would look great on you!
