aww...i think that's very sweet.  if you ever have another one, too, and you don't want to wear it on a necklace anymore, you could add them onto a charm bracelet.

I think it would be cute....as long as you engrave it on the back and not the front. On the front, it would be pretty silly.

Thats a very good idea! My mom still has all of her kids charms that say  each ones names and birth date on them! I also have the one with my parents names on it and the date they met!!

I love the idea....my grandma has a necklace with the sillouette of her two grandchildren withthe names on back that my grandfather gave her for her 70th birthday...I always loved it

I agree about engraving the back. Also, you could wear it with another necklace or two to hip it up. You can pull it off.
