I think Old Navy is owned by the same company as the Gap. It's like Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters are owned by the same company.

yes, they are owned by the same co. - I am excited though cause I wanted that vest - but waited too long...now it will be mine!

I cannot wait to wear mine - I bought them late in the season last year so they both look brand new!! I love them!! Glad you guys will get a chance to have one!!

Well, Old Navy is cheaper, do you think the quality is less than what they had at Gap.

To me, it looks like the exact same vest that Gap had last year. Also, I haven't really been that impressed w/Gap's quality lately, so I doubt there'd be that much difference.
