I have to say though that I'm not impressed at all w/the BR on Michigan and it's supposed to be one of their biggest stores, you'd think it'd be the best. Last time I was there, they had nothing in my size and were totally understocked. And it took the girl like 10 mins to find me a fitting room.

Wow!!! I've never heard of a Banana with such bad customer service! That is horrible! That is AWESOME that you dropped everything and left!!! That must have felt great!

That is awful i would have asked for her name then gone to the manager and gotten that bitch fired. yes awful thing to do but you know what do not insult customers if you are in a freaking customer service job.

Call the CS number and tell them. They'll send you a coupon of giftcard to please you. I went in a new BR store on a business trip one time. The first day I went in I was wearing sweats and tennis shoes, hair in a ponytail (one of those "not caring" days). No one offered to help me, they seemed to turn the other way. I just wanted to scream "Hell-o I make a LOT more money then you and it's your job to take care of me when I'm spending it", But then I thought that would be too mean, so I kept my mouth shut and left the store. The next day I went back to the store in my regular business appropriate clothes after a meeting. They were tripping over each other to help me. I actaully turned my nose up and said that nothing was impressing me. Walked out empty handed. When I got back home, I called the CS number and explained, they took the name of the store and said they would call them plus sent me a nice little gift card to get me to try there store again!!

By the way, I love how you handled it!

I have noticed that the staff at BR are sometimes snooty, as if it's some sort of high dollar place, it's really annoying.

the funniest part of that is, RAR210, if they only knew how much stuff you actually buy in that store! it seems like every day you have several new pieces that you just bought at BR (all of it cute and promoted to the rest of us). they should be paying you!
