I just bought this dress.  It fit really well but I'm still not sure about the print.  I need some ideas for what to wear over top.  This picture makes it look like there is a blue in the print but really its more of a green.  Would wearing this with brown make it look too camoflaugesque?

I love it! I like the print too.

I'd put it with a cardigan and boots. I don't think brown would be a problem with that dress, either. Where's the dress from?

It looks like it would be super flattering on anyone's body!  I love it. Tell us where you got it.  I think brown and any of the other colors in the dress would be fine with it.

I like it! I would pair it with something (a cardi)  in a solid color  - green, teal, or cream. I personally woudn't do brown - it would be too much imho.

Its a BCBG dress...I got it at Bloomingdales on sale  --  I got it for $70ish, it was originally $150!


I'll try it with a brown cardigan, I was thinking I might need a cardigan with a little more color.

I think brown or tan could be too blah unless you bring color into it with your bag and shoes. What about blue or pink or green?

i have a dress (BCBG one) that color and i wear it with a cardigan this color:  and i have a similar colored boot called cognac that i wear with it. HTH!  i love BCBG jersey dresses.  funny little story, when i was dating my bf long distance, i worked at BCBG so i had a million dresses i bought just because and so there were like two times that i visited him, when he would tell me that there was a formal "function" and gave me money to get a dress (i had like two hours).  of course when you need a dress you can't find one, so i just started packing that fabric dresses (i bought a ton of LBD's in that material) because they travel so easily (don't wrinkle, fit in a tall boot in luggage, are comfortable, etc...).  plus, they have a lot of "movement" to them when you dance. 


sorry for rambling, LOVE THAT DRESS (we didn't get it into my store).

I love it! I'd personally wear it with a brown cardigan and boots or pumps and then add colorful jewelry and handbag.
