just offhand I think denim mini, cowboy boots, pigtails, cowboy hat, and s/s button down plaid top tied under the bust to expose the belly.

I agree with everything, except, instead of a denim mini, wear some sawed-off, Daisy Duke shorts!  Afterall, that's why those shorts are called Daisy Dukes!

If your gonna go as Daisy - think the original - NOT Jessica Simpson.  Daisy Duke Shorts, a flannel top or at least plaid top (tied at waist) and boots!
