How's everybody this Thursday? 


B:  Cereal and coffee


L:  Leftover Meatloaf and baked potato


D:  Thin Crust veggie pizza, light on the cheese from Dominos


E:  I'm going to try to get in an hour of cardio.

i'm great escrime, how are you?  here's yesterday:


b: turkey sausage, eggs, OJ


s: orange


l: turkey sandwich


s: yogurt, butter finger


d: turkey burger, a couple small cookies


e: none, class


am i eating too much turkey?  i had it three times yesterday!!!  all in different forms though, so i didn't realize it.

Hi all!


B:  Odwalla super protein chocolate (I love these!)


L:  Kashi Go Lean Crunch w/ Soy Milk and 1/2 cup of grapes


S:  Banana


D:  Pizza.  DH makes it from scratch, so it can be pretty healthy if we use the right toppings.  I'll probably use fresh Mozz and sundried tomatoes tonight.


E:  30 min run, 30 min weight lifting

B:  Asiago cheese bagel from Panera, 160z skim latte


L:  Smoked turkey breast sandwich, on sourdough, no mayo and Cuban Black Bean soup from Panera; few pieces candy corn, water


D: Other 1/2 of lunch sandwich, small bowl of cottage cheese, 1/2 the sourdough hunk from Panera too


E:  Cleaning house for about an hour, maybe 45 mins of yoga
