f'ing stickers everywhere!!

OK, I got married a while ago (it will be a year in November!!)  Anyway, we just moved into our condo and have been unpacking all of our new wedding stuff.  Plates, barware, everything we got for our shower and wedding.  THERE ARE STICKERS ON EVERYTHING!!!!  It makes me furious!  People spent a lot of $ buying us beautiful barware from crate and barrell, dishes from bed bath and beyond, and a few waterford frames for our wedding pics.  I have been peeling and scraping stickers and sticker goop off of EVERYTHING!!!  Can't they think of better marketing or barcode tags or something so they don't have to do this?  I mean, they put NON REMOVEABLE stickers right on the glass part of picture frames and on the bottom of all our glassware, what sense does that make????

I'm 90% my mom bought something that you rub on stickers to make them come off more easily.  Let me get back to you; I'll ask her tonight.

Try a product called Goo Gone. It works really well. Lighter fluid works too, but the Goo Gone smells much better, kind of citrusy.

If you use a hair dryer on the sticker, it melts the glue a bit and makes it easier to remove.

Goo Gone is great!  You can get it pretty much anywhere.

a married friend gave me goo gone or something like it for my shower wishing well.....it was PERFECT!!! attach it to every shower gift you give. they'll think you're crazy until they open all their gifts!

the SAME thing just happened to me. i think we almost broke our dishwasher w/all the impossible to remove sticker glue gunk.
