How's it going, everybody?


B:  Granola Bar


L:  Lunch date with my husband... probably burger and baked potato

W:  1 hour session with trainer

Oh sh*t. This weak has gone to pot. I've had a cold and haven't worked out once!!! I'm such a loser. Luckily I have a friend to motivate me to get back into the swing of things next week. Or maybe this weekend? Man the treadmill is going to hurt Monday...


B: 2 tablespoons whipped pb and 2 pieces w/w bread


L: veggie lasagna


S: 100 calorie pack and fun pack of almonds


D: veggie soup, cornbread and chocolate pudding


E: none.

yesterday...


b: autumn wheat kashi, raspberries, blackberries, light silk, OJ


s: some sour licorice whips


l: turkey sandwich, green apple


s: PIE MONTH @ Marie Calendar's... small piece of sour cream blueberry


d: kid's pack from subway (small tuna sandwich, cookie, juice box - so cheap & kinda healthy)

ooh, so yummy!  i tried it at the not-quite-my-boyfriend's house and i've been hooked ever since!  it's like frosted mini wheats for healthy grown-ups!  it's wheat bites w/ honey or something & it's totally organic.  i highly reccommend it!

B:  Cup of Coffee and a Lemonzest Luna Bar


L:  Grilled chicken and pesto wrap, 1 serving Tim's chips


D:  It is my anniversary (married 4 years), so DH is making a special dinner...Chicken Parmagiana, salad, sourdough bread, and chocolate mouse cake for dessert. 


E:  None today - Going home early to celebrate w/ DH and watch hockey. 


Crystal - I'll definitely try that cereal next time I stock up.  I'm so in love w/ all the Kashi cereals.

B: 2 pieces whole wheat toast w/real butter, 160z skim latte

L: Turkey breast & Provolone on whole wheat bread sandwich, apple, very small amount of Ranch oyster crackers (Like 2 tbsp's worth)

S: String cheese

D: 3 slices thin crust Hawaiian pizza, glass of ice water

E: Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1, some crunches
