The only places I can think of right now that may carry that would be like Jones New York, Ann Taylor or J Crew.  Did you try those?

I was in macys and I am pretty sure I saw something like that there. They were in the designer section, not juniors, my macys has 3 floors for womens, so near the ralph lauren...
