Children's Party ideas
Permalink Closed

I am chairing the activity committee for my company's Christmas charity event. Basically we are going to have a christmas party with a local church here in Houston with underpriv. kids and I am incharge of all the fun and games.  Anyone have any ideas on what I can do.

I've thought of face painting, making candy cane reindeers, and possibly a pin the red nose on ruldolph game (I'm sure someone makes this!).

We have a meeting on Friday and I wanted to have some ideas for when I show up to kinda show that I'm on the ball and stuff (sorta sucking up since I just started here :) )

My mom always had the guess how many jelly beans in the jar at our parties as kids whoever is closest without going over get's all the jelly beans! But you could do like how many mini candy canes in teh stocking instead

Another idea was she would buy those Styrofoam balls, glitter, glue stickers etc and we'd make out own ornaments with them.

A game of Santa says, exactly like Simon says but santa instead

Gift unwrap relay

2 teams, 2 stacks of wrapped "gifts" ie empty boxes one at a time they run down un wrap a gift run back with box unwrapped and then the next one goes and so on until all boxes are unwrapped and restacked on other side of room. Does that make sense?

Can you tell my mom was always room mom?
