speaking of jcrew, i bought this skirt and love it. 



someone else was looking for the same kind of thing, but i can't remember who.  but this was perfect for me.


i have worn it with a cable knit v-neck sweater and cowboy boots.

it's on sale for 8 bucks cheaper.  jcrew=suck sales.


it fits me perfectly.  although, it looks much shorter on me than it does the model.  but i have more booty to go around than she does.


it fits my legs the whole way down, and doesn't look as loose on me.  but it's not tight.


i'm vague.  sorry.  but i do love it :)

how short are we talking?


I'm about 5'8 with a short torso which means longer legs...


I have this problem where I look like a street walker when I try to wear shorter skirts


I love this skirt though so maybe if it's longer I could work it out.


I have some slouchy boots just itching for a new denim skirt

ayo, it's not short on me, just shorter than the model.  i thought it was because i have a big butt.



i guess it just looks shorter on me.  it's def.  not an A&F skirt or anything.

Thanks - I was looking for one too - but alas, I've gained weight AGAIN & there is no way I'm buying another bottom until it's smaller. I sure hope it's there when I get down some. Maybe this can be my "buy it & hang it up for inspiration" item? I really did like that one!

tara t--sorry for being pesty about this skirt.  i want to order it online, but the sizing is all screwy.  in the other color, the skirt comes in regular sizes (2,4,6,8), but in this wash, it comes in 28,29,30,31, all the way up to like 36 (which jeans never seem to go up to). 


can you tell me if the one you have is a regular size or a jeans size? i am so confused about which size to order.  thanks.

tart t - thanks for posting this skirt.  I too have been looking for the "prefect" denim skirt and I love this one.  I ordered it yesterday so we'll see how it looks when it arrives.  Although, I had the same question about sizing as bumblebee.  I'm usually a 28-29 in jeans and I ordered a 30 just becasue I thought it was weird they had so many higher number sizes.  Hopefully it works.

i'm sometimes a 6 and sometimes an 8 in their pants now that they run smaller, so i just ordered a 30 and a 31 before it sold out.  i'll just return the one that doesn't fit--i hope that works!
