Come on, ladies, I need some motivation to get back on track.


Doing a little better this week, but it could be a lot better.  All the stress has gotten me down 5 lbs, but I'm sure the minute life gets back to normal, it'll all come back, or the next cinnamon bun I smell. 


B:  Coffee and Cereal


L:  Subway Sandwich, Baked Lay's


D:  Turkey Meatloaf with Veggies


W:  1.5 hours of cardio and some abs

I'm teetering on the edge of 'maintenance' and 'gaining' right now, so I need to watch myself!


B:  Kashi goodfriends, yogurt, coffee


L:  Turkey on WW, pear


D:  Leftover chicken & spinach enchilada, some frozen veggies


E:  ?  some pilates throughout the day - no walk today, it's cold!

L: I forgot to bring mine, so I have to grab something. Maybe one slice of pizza and some fruit salad...


S: (if needed) light popcorn


D: going out for margaritas (I will only have one. I will.) then going home and having a veggie chicken patty and some oven fries. maybe a spinach salad if the spinach is still good.

E:  my goal is to walk for an hour today. 30 minutes at lunch and 30 minutes in the evening.

aw, glad to see it's picked back up again... i'll do yesterday's since i didn't post there anyways & i know the whole day:


b: kashi autumn wheat (highly rec.!) w/ blackberries & raspberries, & light silk & glass of OJ


s: candy & brownie


l: orange & turkey sandwich


s: little more candy


d: turkey burger, 1/2 cup healthy choice ice cream (highly rec., sooo yummy & filled me up!)


e: 4 sets of "celeb stairs" (the ones that all the celebs do are right by my apt., but they do it during the day when i'm at work )

Okay, I'm going to get back on this bandwagon after falling off spectacularly in the past few weeks. I've kept up the nice little gym habit but I've stopped keeping track of the food... bad blubirde!!


B: 2 slices w/w bread, 2 tablespoons pb, 1/2 tablespoon plum jelly


L: veggie lasagna my mommy made for me


S: fun pack of almonds and a glass of red wine


D: veggies and brown rice, one piece of pita bread and a bit of hummus, a few baked cheetos, 6 hershey's kisses with almonds, and 1/3 of a spring roll thing


E: none - i went for a happy hour instead

I am so joining you!  I gained 5lbs while I was on vacation in early September and I can't seem to shake it.  I bought two pairs of pants in August that are too tight now.    I need someone to hold me accountable.


B:  Odwalla Super Protein Shake


L:  Bowl of Kashi Go Lean Crunch w/ Soy Milk and 1/2 cup of grapes


S:  Banana


D:  Don't know yet.  Probably DH's homemade Ravioli.


E:  30 min run, 30 min weight lifting

I'm joining in.  I've been trying to drop 10 lbs for 2.5 months now and have been running like a fiend and feeling great, but not losing any weight at all!  Obviously something in my diet has to change.  My goal is to lose 5 lbs by the end of this month!


today:


bfast: nothing, was running late


lunch: 2 trader joe's frozen blueberry waffles with low fat plain yogurt, honey, and fresh stawberries


snack:  thinking about 1/4 hershey's bar....


dinner: spaghetti and meatballs?
