I was so excited for this coat to arrive. I ordered it in 2 sizes so that I could really find the one that fit the best and return the other.

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with this coat. The sleeves on both sizes were way too short. I do have long arms, so maybe it's just me. I was willing to get them tailored....but then, the thing I couldn't overlook: the wool is so, so scratchy. I only tried it on briefly, but when I took it off, my neck was all red from the rough wool. It was really uncomfortable to wear even for a few seconds.
