Where can I find pictures of 1950's advertisments. I want to do a paper on how women are protrayed. I am trying to find something similar to what was posted awhile ago, the advertisment of how to keep you husband happy. Any ideas, where I could look? Thanks.

You can try the Library of Congress. They have 2 sites where you can search for photographs. I tried to do a quick search, but I'm not entirely sure what kind of ads you're looking for.

You could try going to the library and finding old issues of magazines.  I'm sure they would be filled with ads.

I used to buy some old ads and frame them from Ebay - so check that out for pictures.
