What should I do it on? It can be about anything having to do with communications. Some topics that have been done are clothes as a form of communicating, eye contact, body language, gender communication styles etc. I want something different-ideas please! tia.

Wow, there is so much you could do. Lets see non-verbal, conflict, interpersonal, intrapersonal, intercultural. Just pick one part of communication, and then you will be able to make it a intresting speech. I find that non-verbal is more intresting. You could do body movements and facial expression what they represent and how different people percieve different things, based on their own history.

I think this was one of Kel's idea, but it would be really interesting to do communication between people who speak different languages.

Yeah there is so many communication barriers between people of different cultures. I have taken classes just aimed towards that.

i gave a presentation on technology mediated communication... more specifically, tech. mediated dating... there are a TON of studies out there, surprisingly, and it was pretty interesting.

I have also given a presentation on how the way one dresses communicates an image, but i don't think I was taken very seriously...
