Just ordered some new Nike Shox on Finishline, I went through the MyPoints Website first, that took me to the FinishLine website, is that it. When do I see my points counted from purchase??? Sorry 1st timer!

I think they have up to 30 days to credit you, but I've heard that you should see the credit go through within a few days. 


Whenever they do not credit me, they ask me to email them the copy of the order receipt & they'll let me know they have approved it and I should see the points on my accout w/in 48hrs.  They also lecture me on how I should always make sure I use their links when I make a purchase.  blah, blah, blah, but at least I get my points.

The same thing just happened to me - I placed an order on target.com and i went through the My Points website.  I placed the order on Sept. 8, and today is Sept. 28 and I still have not received my points.  I emailed My Points (with a copy of my order receipt) and they told me that retailers have up to 30 days to credit me.  Still haven't seen it and tomorrow is day 21


I don't understand why I'm not seeing my points when I used their link.

I do what bargainqueen does.  I send them the invoice that I got emailed to me and have them credit my account.  It works for me. 


Make sure you don't have your pop up blocker on when you are clicking on the link.  That will keep mypoints from seeing that you are ordering

i did exactly this - sent them my invoice and I don't have a pop up blocker - why didn't i get my points ???

Wait the full 30 days & email them again.  That's what I do.
