ok girls, what happened to our thread? let's start this back up...

l: turkey on w/w with red pepper spread and laughing cow, ff yogurt

s: light popcorn

d: whatever FH cooks, or if he doesn't cook- leftover salmon patty and oven fries from last night.

e: might try to take a walk before class if it's not too hot.

aw, sorry ILC... i kinda let it fall by the wayside because i was so sick of posting "can't work out again today cuz blah blah blah..."  if your'e up for it, though, then i am too!


b: bagel w/ light cream cheese (kept me full til lunch... quite a feat!)


l: salmon sandwich (mixed w/ mayo, like tuna, but didn't taste quite right...)


s: snack size kit kat


s (to hold me over til 10pm dinner after class): yogurt & banana


d: turkey burger

L: Salad with light dressing and a peanut butter bar (I couldn't resist, these are far and away the best thing my school's dining hall serves. Sooooo delicious.)
