looking for a specific Nanette Lepore dress

A couple or three years ago, there was a Nanette Lepore dress that was light blue with polka dots I believe.  I have googled and cannot find it.  Did I dream this up or does someone know what I am talking about?  It is driving me crazy.

What kind of sleeves, or is it strapless?  And how light is the blue, roughly?

It is not strapless.  As I recall it is shortsleeve and is baby blue--like a sky blue.

I didn't see anything that matched exactly what you described either. These tiny pics are the closest.  Good luck!  I even searched the RTW runway show pictures for Spring 2006-Fall 2010 - - nothing.
