how did you decide on your kids' names? - i always loved the names christian and giselle. giselle was actually one of my first friends when i was a little girl, and i always loved that name.
I know your culture is important to you... does your family have any cool traditions? - on new year's eve, spanish people always eat 12 grapes when they are counting down the new year, so i think that's pretty cool.
what will you do when you retire? - probably travel the world, spend time with my family and do lots of cooking and gardening.
if you could be on any tv show, what would it be? - it sounds corny, but i always wanted to be on the real world. i think it would be a cool experience.
if you could only shop in one store for the rest of your life, what would it be (not department store). Target - is that a dept store? LOL
what's your house style? (modern, shabby chic, cottage, etc...) - Modern... lots of IKEA pieces in my house!
do you have any nicknames? - My younger brothers used to call me Chi Chi when we were younger, because they couldn't pronounce my name.. I don't know how you get Chi Chi from Karina .... Vin always calls me "babe"... we have been together 5 yrs and we have called each other by our names maybe 10 times at the most.
On a side note, Vin and I call each other babe so much, that Christian thinks his father's name is babe and calls him babe all the time.
i forgot to add a question. will you send me a case of diet Wawa green tea? i miss Wawa.
