I have the same problem--my winter sweaters are way too hot to wear right now. I think what I need to do is buy some short sleeve, 3/4 length sleeves, and long sleeve tops that are not thick/sweater like material and then layer under a blazer or sweater when it is chilly.

I have been doing a lot of layering too - I can't seem to find any long-sleeve blouses that I love.

I just got this at the Gap, and I am wearing it today over a chocolate brown camisole:

this top has potential, if it is long enough (it looks short on the model):

this is great, if you can still find it, because it's cotton - mine is still sitting in my closet because it's still so warm here!!

I love both Ella Moss tops, but I think I would only spend $100-$125. $186 for the sweater seems high. I love these:
