These are the ones i think i'm gonna go for:

1/2 size bigger than my size - i've heard they run small

i tried these on at j crew today- i thought they were comfy but very pointy, i think they'll be ok with pants though for work.  Are these work appropriate?

These for work- do you think they'd be appropriate?  Does anyone know how these run and if they're comfy?

I have the last pair in the flat version. They are EXTREMELY comfortable, I wish they came in black. Anyways, I also think that they are very work appropriate.

i think i've seen them in black.  Is there too much toe cleavage or is it subtle?  i'm slightly worried about the cut-out.

anyone else?  I'm mainly worried about the first ones- i dont want them to be horribly uncomfortable or look stupid on my feet.  i wish i could see pics of them on a foot!!

I like #3 for work. The smooth leather will last longer and I generally think it would make you look more polished.

My 2nd choice would be #2, I love that color to spice up an outfit. Also work appropriate. (I wasn't sure, were you looking for work shoes, or did you mention the third ones as a general work shoe option?)

#1 doesn't really do anything for me. The suede looks nice and rich, but the pink will dirty quickly, and I generally wouldn't really notice anything special about them if I saw someone wearing that (although w/ the right outfit I could be wrong!).

Well, you can definitely see toe cleavage through the cut out, but I don't really think it's a big deal. Everyone loves them when I wear them. Unfortunately the carrie flat came in navy, not black, so that is probably the color you saw.

I have a pair very similar to the first pair.  Actually, I think they're the same except in a different color.  Anyway, yes, you will want to size up at least a half size.  The back of mine where it hits my ankle rubs my foot wrong and I'll always end up with a blister.  The toes on mine are kinda crowded too, and the top of the shoe is really stiff, so it doesn't bend and flex like it should.  They're not the most comfortable shoes in the world, even though they're flat.  But they're very cute and if you size up, they might be more comfortable.  HTH!  Let me know if you have any other specific questions.

Also, I wore dark denim trousers with my shoes once (they're a darker pink) and the blue from the denim rubbed off some onto my shoes.  :(  It's not too noticeable, but I wasn't too happy about it.  I'm pretty sure it was just the pants that did it, but you will probably want to be careful to wear pants that won't rub off onto those shoes.

Did you size up on yours?  I went to J. Crew to try on some shoes and they were huge!  The 9.5 and 10s were almost universally enormous, and even the 9s felt a tad loose (i wear between a 9 and a 10, depending on shoe brand, but i'd say i'm a 9.5), so I figure a 9.5 will be good- i'm scared the 10 will be huge even if the shoe runs small. Also, are they cute at all with skirts or do they just look silly?  i'm not too concerned with jeans rubbing off on them since i've ruined so many tan suedes this way- i'll just try not to wear dark jeans with them.  They are only $20.

I didn't size up on mine and I wish I had.  They look cute with skirts, but the sides of the shoes aren't very low, so they don't really do anything to visually lengthen my legs, if that makes any sense at all.  For $20, they'd be a good shoe...I say go for it!

Thanks!  Do you wear yours often or have any threadstyles with them?

I don't wear mine terribly often, but I do like them.  I don't think I have any threadstyles with them either.  Sorry!  The green ones are super cute too!
