Leftover steak?

Here's a good idea for leftover steak.  Cut it up into small pieces and mix it with onion and provolone cheese.  Pan fry for 2-3 minutes and put on a sub roll.  Soooo good.

I usually save the leftovers and make steak and brie sandwiches on toasted french bread.

ohhh i love steak.  I like to make sandwiches of sorts with it, or cheese/steak quesadillas on the stovetop. mmmmmmmm
