Or did it never go away? Wearing a tank top on top of a tee? I remember always loved wearing my tanks like this when I was little but now I see it again!
yeah - I've been seeing it around - wasn't a big fan then and not a big fan now...
wait a minute - I misspoke... around 12 years ago? one of my favorite outfits was a medium blue sundress with huge van gogh like sunflowers all over it, a white baby tee under it, and sometimes a HUGE men's denim shirt over it... I'm feeling like the shoes were platformish possibly - don't remember - I do remember that being my favorite outfit though

I actually wore something like this the other day. I never really wore it in the 90's, but now I think it's kind of cute. Definitely a good way to get more mileage out of your summer camis.
Is something wrong with Stylethread or is it my computer? There is this collage of Alicia Silverstone pictures and is is covering up 1/4 of my computer screen when I open this post.

AJ, it must be the site. I'm seeing the same thing, but I just figured it was my computer since it seems to be angry at me today.
Well, one of the outfit pics I recently clipped out for my style file had a similar look but with a very thin (not sheer) fitted blouse underneath an empire waisted velvet camisole. Gorgeous. I definitely plan on wearing something similiar this fall.

Actually, this is probably more similar to what I wore the other day. It wasn't really a spaghetti strap cami. It was an empire waist, sleeveless top and the sleeves were about an inch or so thick. I love this look.
