hey well i live in point lavaca and point comfort area, yes when we left wed we was under a evc. but it has been lifted we came back since we had animlas here- and we did not want to get into any rain, because our stuff was in the back of the truck we had it covered but we was worried @ it. The way we came traffic was good and so far we have not had any bad weather. Iam sorry for the confusin, you dont hear much @ port lavavca but we saw our town on the news last night- saying it was a ghost town , It was a scary feeling knowing we did not have much time to get out of town they told us we had to be out thursday at 3 pm, so we left wed. night because of the traffic Than it turned as soon as we got to San A. Iam glad but iam scared for everyone else that is going to be effected-
Hey girl. I'm glad you made it back. I'm still in SA and not sure when I'm headed back. How was gas? Are they restocked at the pump? The Houston mayor was just on tv telling everyone to stay put until they can come up with a plan to get 2.5 million people back into houston.
hey girl, well we filled up with gas going out- it was 2.69 a gallon, cant remember where we got it at, not to far from henderson pass my hubby drove and i took care of his grandma - she is older- but still gets around great- she is 91 but she was itching to get back home- she is a home body and all the cars scare her to death although she still does drive- lol she is a little ball of engery - i bet it is going to be something trying to get all those people back in houston- iam so grateful iam still here with my house and all of our family is okay as well, and iam praying for all of those who have been effected by this-
