I never did make it to the park to go running on Friday. ;( But Gary and I did walk around Flushing Meadow lake for 2 hours yesterday, that was good.

I am still on Weight Watchers and I am desperately trying to make my 10% goal. That will be in another 10 pounds. And when I reach that goal I will need your help because Gary has agreed to take me to the Opera and a fancy dinner so you all will have to help me find a new fabulous gown. Hopefully I will reach that goal in another 3 weeks or so because I want to see Tosca and the last performance is on October 29th.

I have a 1.7M race next Sunday morning that I am not prepared for but I am going to do it just so I can say that I did.

hey, you gooo girl. gooood for you!!! i am with you. i am now in size 12. and gonna keep it off this time. as in the past, i have lost and let it creep back. now i know it will be back, soo easy. i will forever do as i am now. change the way i eat, what i eat. and i drink, a half of gallon of water or a gallon of water, a day. as well as i love my milk with every meal. [fat free]
