Am I slow? I don't get this season so far.

I don't get the Taylor Townsend/the Dean (who is a robot, I'm sure of it) story.

I don't get the whole Charlotte story line.

I don't get why Ryan and Marissa were acting like virgins. He nailed Theresa and she had some lesbian action, why suddenly are they all coy?

But I did like Jimmy getting his ass kicked. What is Juju going to do now?

Caleb's old mansion. Taylor/dean, craziness. I think they have some evil plot or are having an affair as well. Did you see that flash of hot boy at Marissa's new school? i think he's gonna get close to her..

Call me crazy but I really thought this episode rocked. I hope we find out what Charlotte's motives were and they don't just let her drop from the show although I can't stand her.

I think the whole Ryan and Marissa having sex thing was coy because they had never been together like that before but they had been together for such a long time.

I actually felt bad for Juju and was glad Marissa was kind of tough on her dad and nice to her mom.

I can't wait until next week!

I thought it was a pretty good episode. I actually cried when Marissa and Juju hugged at the end. Julie can be evil at times, but Jimmy is an idiot. He's always got some crazy money scheme going on. Also, I loved that Sandy called Julie Mrs. Cooper-Nichol-Cooper.

I'm glad Kirsten is back and, even tho the Charlotte character annoys me, I'm curious what she is up to. It seems like Sandy kind of sees how manipulative Charlotte is, but Kirsten doesn't at all.

I hope they have a better story line for Seth and Summer soon, hopefully something other than them fighting.

I think Kirsten is waking up the the fact that Charlotte is not on the up and up--she didn't go back to the cabin after the will-reading, she hung out by herself. I can't wait for the Kirsten/Charlotte catfight! I hope it happens.

I LOVE Tough-Love Sandy. He dished it out to everyone in his family--even Seth. Loved it.

Ryan/Marissa/beach cabana--yawn yawn yawn.

Nice acting on the part of Juju--that scene at the end was really well-done with her and Marissa, where she just had the look of being completely deflated--none of her plans worked. I thought that was a great scene.

I'm annoyed with the Mean Dean and Taylor Townsend plot--bo-ring. What kind of a school official would blackmail students? And Seth and Summer are bright/savvy--why would they not see that for what it was and report him to the principal (or whatever the Asian lady's name is who seems to be the big boss of the school). Or even to Sandy? I just don't buy that whole storyline.

That is a good point. I didn't like that part of the story and it seemed unlike Summer that she didn't stick up for herself. Taylor Townsend and the Dean are like charicatures of real people, they are just a little bit too over the top.

Anyone else bracing for a resurface of Teresa and the baby that Ryan doesn't know exists???

i totally agree! it was great to see marissa being hard on her dad and nice to her mom. at first i thought it was so great that jimmy had come back, but then to see him back in the same old trouble as before was so aggravating. you'd think he would have learned something from the time he went bankrupt, lost his family, and almost went to jail.

the dean/taylor thing is a little too over the top for me. why so evil, why this vendetta? i did like seeing seth tell summer she'd need to hold him, but thought she should have stepped in and said he hadn't stolen the cabana thing by himself.
