so my "i don't have a reaction to poison ivy" bf came back from out of town after our camping trip and he has poison ivy ALLLLL over his legs.  it's *kinda* funny cuz on the trail while i was avoiding it, he could've cared less about all the poison ivy i kept on pointing out.

well, despite ignoring my warnings, i do feel bad for him, and i know the medical creams to give him, but does anyone know of any home remedies to treat poison ivy?

poor guy.

Best thing i have found for it--i get it 5 or 6 times a year from my cats

Zanfel--kinda pricey but good stuff
Wash away the itch

Zanfel™ Poison Ivy Wash is a safe and effective topical solution for poison ivy, poison oak, and poison sumac. It is the only product known to remove urushiol, the toxin responsible for the reaction, from the skin after bonding, enabling the affected area to immediately begin healing. After using Zanfel, the itching and pain are the first things to be relieved, usually within 30 seconds.

Calomine Lotion
Burts Bees Poison Ivy soap
