I am getting so annoyed, I can't get a pic to work. The pic says its a jpeg but it won't take it. How do I do it?

Is it maybe too big? I know the site says that if it's too big they will resize it, but when I was initially uploading photos it wouldn't take any of mine either. I resized them and had no problem. I don't know if this is what's causing your problem but I hope it helps!

ETA: Are you still trying to upload the picture from shutterfly? If so, I don't think you can use a picture from a website. You'll have to save the picture to your computer and upload it from there.

Thanks AJ, I would really appreciate it. I am so not computer literate.

I was trying to use shutterfly b/c I was at work (tee hee!) and the pics are uploaded on my home computer. I tried last night but couldn't figure it out. I'll email you tonight when I get home.

I just got your e-mail and was able to resize the picture. I tried putting it up on my dog's site and it worked so you should be good to go now! What a cutie!
